Meet Les

Les Schlesinger has 30+ years of experience across the automobile Insurance Industry. He has led insurance companies, managing general agencies (MGA), and retail distribution.  His experience includes organizations with over 1,000 employees that included underwriting, marketing, claims and system departments as well as starting his own companies.  Les has been on the boards of major insurance companies and provided consulting for premier private equity firms, assisted on developing strategies for new deal structures and driving operational excellence.
